Why choose a .PROPERTIES domain?

Nobody says “my properties” about a single house. The plural implies a portfolio: several buildings, several tenancies, perhaps several towns. That is information the address carries before anyone opens the page — and for an investor, a managing agent or an agency publishing dozens of listings, it is exactly the right signal.

The rental portfolio

Buildings, units, current tenancies, renewal dates. A site that lets as much as it gives existing tenants somewhere to report a problem.
