Why choose a .GRAPHICS domain?

There is a distinction of trade here worth naming. “Design” names the thinking: the concept, the brand, the art direction. “Graphics” names the execution: what gets printed, cut, applied, hung. This is not a hierarchy — they are two trades, and plenty of firms do both. But if you produce more than you conceptualise, this word is the accurate one and it will bring you the right enquiries.

Signage

Lettering, boards, fascias, interior wayfinding. A trade measured on site, where a mistake is paid for in materials.

Large format

Banners, window graphics, exhibition stands, wall murals. Clients send badly prepared files: a good technical page saves you hours.

Vehicle wraps

Vans, fleets, trailers, full wraps. An investment that drives around for five years: clients want to see finished work above all.

The studio

Illustration, layout, print-ready file preparation. The creative side of the trade, supporting production rather than replacing it.

The other sense

In computing, “graphics” names rendering and graphics cards. A thoroughly live technical use, in an entirely different sector.
