Why choose an .ENGINEERING domain?

Every other word in this family describes an unregulated activity. This one names a regulated profession: in most jurisdictions the title of engineer is legally protected, and only licensed members may use it or seal drawings. That changes what your page is allowed to claim — and it also hands you an argument nobody can copy: your registration number and your seal.
