Why choose a .DOCTOR domain?

This word has two lives, and only one of them is regulated. In medicine the title is restricted: professional bodies govern its use, and presenting yourself as a doctor without being one is an offence. Everywhere else the word is entirely free — a doctor of history, a “computer doctor”, a repair service. Know which side you are on before registering: the same address is not written the same way at all.
