Why choose a .CATERING domain?

A caterer is the only trade in this family with no room of its own. Nobody comes to you: you go to them, with your own equipment, into a kitchen you did not choose, for a headcount that changes twice before the day. And as with a gift, whoever orders is never quite the person eating: your client organises, your audience tastes, and those are two different sets of demands.
